About Cynthia

Locust Grove Wellness was created from years of working with clients carrying the physical imprint of stress — tightness in the body, fatigue in the face, and tension that builds quietly over time. One truth has remained consistent throughout this work: the body responds when life slows down.

My approach blends intuitive awareness with skilled, methodical bodywork. Each session is guided by what the body reveals in the moment, allowing for precise, restorative care that may include deep structural bodywork, facial sculpting, buccal therapy, and lymphatic techniques.

Over time, I have come to understand that chronic tension is rarely just physical. It reflects how life is being lived. When the nervous system begins to settle, the body naturally softens, releases, and reorganizes in ways that support lasting change.

My intention is to offer more than physical relief — to create a quiet, restorative experience that invites people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and return to their lives feeling more at ease.
