I'm Cynthia Thomas, licensed massage therapist since 2013, certified in prenatal and pediatric massage therapy, Deep Inner Work Mentor and Owner of Locust Grove Wellness in Locust Grove, Virginia.

I specialize in neck, shoulder, and back discomfort.
Many of my clients work long hours at the computer and experience neck pain, stiffness, headaches/migraines, and nerve conditions in the arms and hands.
I use a variety of tools and techniques to restore comfort and bring relief to these areas.

I enjoy spending time homeschooling my children, doing bootcamps, reading and cuddling with my cats.

Hello there! I'm Elizabeth Usedo, licensed massage therapist with a specialty in relaxation massage located in Locust Grove, VA.
I am highly skilled in delivering gentle and soothing massage therapy.

I have extensive experience in focusing on the muscles related to improving posture, balance and flexibility, and joint mobility.

I am a strong believer that self care during this stage in life is crucial for personal safety and also combats depression, loneliness and isolation.
In my spare time, I love doing community service through my church, spending time with my granddaughters and building my crochet business.
My clients have reported that they experience more confidence in their movements and feel happy with their quality of life.
